Refund Policy

We highly value every customer’s shopping experience. To ensure fairness and transparency, WANSHUN TECHNOLOGY SERVICE CO., LIMITED has established the following return and exchange policy. This policy clarifies the scope, conditions, procedures, and limitations of product returns and exchanges. By purchasing from our store, customers are deemed to have carefully read, understood, and agreed to abide by the following terms.


1. Time Limit for Return and Exchange


Customers may request a return or exchange within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that all items, including the main product and any accompanying accessories, remain intact and undamaged. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations.


2. Valid Reasons for Return


A return or exchange may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. Product Quality Issues – If the product has manufacturing defects, functional failure, or quality-related concerns that prevent normal use.

  2. Intact Goods Condition – Returns must be requested within seven (7) days on the condition that the product, packaging, accessories, manuals, and gifts are all complete and free from damage.


3. Notes and Additional Requirements

  1. Evidence of Quality Issues: If customers suspect a product defect during use, they are required to provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue to support their claim.

  2. Non-eligible Circumstances: Damage, defects, or malfunctions caused by personal misuse, mishandling, unauthorized disassembly, modification, or improper storage will not be considered product quality issues and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  3. Anti-counterfeiting Code Policy: For products equipped with anti-counterfeiting labels or codes, once the code has been scratched, removed, or tampered with, the item will no longer be eligible for the seven (7)-day unconditional return or exchange service.

  4. Return Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, or usage traces inconsistent with inspection-only purposes will not be accepted.


4. Procedures for Return and Exchange

  1. Application: Customers must contact our customer service team within the prescribed time limit, submitting relevant order details, reasons for return, and supporting evidence (photos or videos).

  2. Review: Upon receiving the application, our team will review the request. If approved, customers will be provided with return instructions, including the designated return address.

  3. Shipping: Unless otherwise specified, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. If the return is due to confirmed product quality issues, the company may reimburse reasonable return shipping fees.

  4. Inspection: Once the returned product is received, our quality control department will inspect the item to confirm whether it meets the return conditions.

  5. Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame. Exchanges, if available, will be arranged promptly.


5. Exclusions and Limitations

  • Customized or special-order products that are tailored to customer specifications are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items, such as undergarments, swimwear, or personal-care products, cannot be returned once opened, except in cases of quality defects.

  • Clearance or promotional items may be sold “as is” and are not eligible for unconditional return unless explicitly stated.


6. Customer Responsibilities


Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned goods are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. Any additional losses caused by inadequate packaging will be borne by the customer.


7. Company Rights and Final Interpretation


Kagaku Nippon Technology Co., Ltd.  reserves the right to amend, interpret, and update this return and exchange policy from time to time in accordance with changes in business operations, relevant laws, or market practices. In the event of disputes, the company will handle matters fairly, based on this policy and applicable legal provisions.
